Forging

Overview

By multi forging machine instead of up-down forging, the Radial Forging Machine can produce the forged products of the special materials which can be sensitive to temperature changes such as Duplex, Titanium, Ni-Alloy, Ti-Alloy, Super-Alloy 80A and others by rapid contact time in a short time. Furthermore, low material loss and excellent surface finish will be occurred by an accurate dimension control.

Characteristics

The device is ideal for forging of both ordinary carbon steels and special hard-to-deform steels and alloys.
Deep penetration of deformation across the whole blank’s cross-section
No core bursts in forgings
High dimensional accuracy of forgings and low allowances for further machining (0.8~2mm)

Seamless Pipe

With the Seamless Pipe establishment, our Seamless Production line can produce the Seamless Pipe and Seamless Mother Tube which can be supported to key industry. As a result of production at our facility, we can expect to get the good market share by the import substitution in the domestic market and overseas marketing can also be available.
